MOSAIC PANELS
2018, 4 mosaic panels, each 75x75cm, combine together to depict a portion of the original mosaic, currently under construction in Vila Cruzeiro, Rio de Janeiro as part of the Santa Helena project. Produced by the crew in Rio and framed by Koolhaas, the panels were featured in the Favela Painting exhibition at Kunsthal Rotterdam in May 2019.
Original design by Amsterdam based tattoo artist Rob Admiraal.
Proceeds of this painting will go to the Favela Mosaico project in Vila Cruzeiro, Rio.
